The Clique Movie is a teen movie based on the books by Lisi Harrison.
The story is about Massie (Elizabeth McLaughlin) who rules Octavian Country Day School (OCD) in Westchester, New York, and her three friends, Kristen, Dylan and Alicia. Kristen (Bridgit Mendler) is athletic, super smart, and secretly on a scholarship to OCD. She is the poorest of the group after her dad lost his job as a rich art dealer. Dylan (Sophia Ana Everhard) is a heavy-set girl whose mom is a talk show host. She is always on crazy diets and worried about her weight. Alicia is a Spanish beauty, and is also Massie’s right hand girl.
Then enter Claire (Ellen Marlow) who moved to Westchester from Orlando, Florida. She is forced to stay in Massie’s guesthouse while her family searches for a new home. She is the outcast of OCD and a true fashion don’t. She can’t afford the designer looks, and wears Keds.
