The Clique Movie is a teen movie based on the books by Lisi Harrison.

The story is about Massie (Elizabeth McLaughlin) who rules Octavian Country Day School (OCD) in Westchester, New York, and her three friends, Kristen, Dylan and Alicia. Kristen (Bridgit Mendler) is athletic, super smart, and secretly on a scholarship to OCD. She is the poorest of the group after her dad lost his job as a rich art dealer. Dylan (Sophia Ana Everhard) is a heavy-set girl whose mom is a talk show host. She is always on crazy diets and worried about her weight. Alicia is a Spanish beauty, and is also Massie’s right hand girl.

Then enter Claire (Ellen Marlow) who moved to Westchester from Orlando, Florida. She is forced to stay in Massie’s guesthouse while her family searches for a new home. She is the outcast of OCD and a true fashion don’t. She can’t afford the designer looks, and wears Keds.

Now it’s time to see what YOU thought of the movie. Hate it? Love it? Give me your opinion:

Dolce & Gabbana, $659.95

The lace dress on the right is cute and feminine. The pink fabric behind it gives it a special touch, and the ruffle at the top attracts attention.

All in all, lace makes the wearer look mysterious. After all, what’s more mysterious then hiding behind a lace veil? A lace dress give the same effect, without hiding your face.

I would suggest wearing long pearls with this particular dress, and go for the flapper theme (minus the feathers and fringe.) Really, the accessories that you wear depend on the dress’ style, color, and overall feel. If your dress is more contemporary, go with more contemporary accessories.

Try wearing bright colored shoes with an all black dress, to give the dress a “pop.” For this dress, I would wear classic black high heeled mary jane’s, or pale pink heels. Definately wear heels with a lace dress, otherwise, you’ll look like you just came out of the 1900s. Flats are definately not good if you are trying to look mysterious.

Worried that you will be the only one wearing lace? Don’t be. If someone stares you up and down, flaunt your look. You can feel confident being on the lace train because there are so many celebs wearing this look.

If you don’t love the whole concept of wrapping yourself head to toe in lace, try doing it in moderation, like Jessica Alba has done. Her dress isn’t consumed by lace, just enough to accent the dress.

Try even just getting different pieces of lace, like a lace jacket, or a lace pencil skirt. Mix these new items with your old clothes, and you’ve got a great outfit.

Remember, you can wear vintage and you can have grace & lace.

To wear these leggings without looking like you’re trying too hard, you have to pair them with the right things. For shoes, boots or flats would look amazing with these leggings. For a double dose of shine, pair the adorable leggings with a gold sequined dress. On the runway, these leggings have been paired with a metallic skirt and striped sweater.
